室內(nèi)設(shè)計師Interior Designer/?Shanghai 崗位職責(zé)： 1、室內(nèi)設(shè)計，環(huán)藝設(shè)計，建筑設(shè)計，等相關(guān)設(shè)計類專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷； 2、3年以上室內(nèi)設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗。從事過高端商業(yè)項目，有過售樓處，樣板房，酒店，等空間設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮； 3、具有良好的方案設(shè)計，圖面表達以及研究能力； 4、熟悉項目各個階段的工作流程，有出色的團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和各專業(yè)溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力； 5、熟練掌握各類設(shè)計常用軟件以及熟練運用渲染軟件等； 6、現(xiàn)場經(jīng)驗和施工圖經(jīng)驗是申請加分項； 7、良好的中英文溝通能力者優(yōu)先。 Qualifications i.Bachelor's degree in interior design, environmental design, architectural design, and other related design disciplines. ii.More than 3 years working experience in interior design. Experience in high-end commercial projects, sales offices, showrooms, hotels, and other space design work is preferred. iii.Good schematic design, graphic presentation and research skills. iv.Familiar with the workflow of all phases of the project, with excellent team leadership and communication and coordination skills across disciplines. v.Proficiency in various common software for design and rendering software, etc. vi.Field experience and construction drawing experience are a plus for applications. vii.Good communication skills in English and Chinese are preferred.
